Tzippy Rav-Noy, Co-FounderTzippy’s education experience began straight out of high school and lasted for over 20 years and four continents. She taught all ages, including preschool and elementary school, and served as a middle school principal for several years. But throughout, her most profound passion was literacy. So when her two eldest kids struggled with reading, she set out to discover why and how she can help other parents in the same predicament. Tzippy lives in Los Angeles with her family and their dog Luna.

Eyal Rav-Noy, Co-FounderBefore launching CAPIT, Eyal spent 25 years teaching various subjects to adults of all ages in his adult education center. His most fulfilling and popular course was teaching adult students to read. Over time, Eyal developed a unique approach to literacy instruction. After poring over the research on reading and language development, he and his wife Tzippy decided to make their new method available to schools and districts. Eyal runs all over Los Angeles preparing for the next marathon.

After poring over the research on language development and reading science, Eyal and Tzippy created a new phonics solution, CAPIT Reading. Eyal lives in Los Angeles with his wife, five children, and their dog Luna; and enjoys running all over Los Angeles as he prepares for the next marathon.

Jeanette Russell, VP of Customer Success

Jeanette Russell has a 30-year career in education. Starting in the classroom, she taught students in grades 1, 2, and 4. Jeanette then focused her work on coaching and professional development to ensure that educators utilize education resources with fidelity leading to academic achievement for all students. Jeanette lives in Florida with her family and their dog Bella.

Dawn Wilson, M.Ed, Partnership Manager

Dawn began her 30-year teaching journey at the elementary level with a focus on literacy. Her quest to empower children in the classroom transferred her into the education curriculum industry, enabling her to impact student growth while cultivating trusted partnerships with teachers and district leadership. Dawn resides in Pennsylvania with her family and pet dog, Joe.

Crystal Morgan, Customer Success Manager

Crystal has been in education for over 25 years. She has experience teaching Kindergarten through 3rd grade, working as an instructional reading coach and a District Reading & Language Arts Specialist. For the past 12 years, Crystal has been providing professional development, collaborating with schools and districts across the US, and supporting teachers to ensure student success. Every day is the perfect opportunity to make a difference. Crystal lives in Florida with her family.

Lyndsey Rahman, Head of Teaching and Learning

For over 25 years, Lyndsey Rahman brought her passion for teaching to schools on three continents. She has taught grades PK-3, and over the past 20 years, she has specialized in early literacy rooted in evidence-based best practices. Lyndsey lives in S. California, where she lives with her family, their dog Kelbi, and their forever foster kitten, Willow.

Lynne has been in the business of customer success for nearly 30 years. She strives to provide a prompt response to all customer questions and concerns and works to anticipate and provide solutions to needs before they arise. Lynne lives in Massachusetts with her family and two cats. She enjoys the beach and long, peaceful walks.

Paul More, Fractional CFO

Paul began his career managing finances in privately held companies with assignments in robotics, medical devices and technology. For the last 23 years, he has been in edtech building quality and scalability into systems and processes. An early team member at Lexia, he helped the company achieve 20X top line growth through several business cycles. Now at CAPIT, he provides hands-on financial guidance as the company prepares for continued growth. Paul has four children and lives in Massachusetts.
